Venture is a chat and rooms platform. We collect the minimum information needed to create an account, operate rooms, and keep the service secure. We use analytics to improve the product and may show ads on public, marketing pages — not inside rooms or chats.

• Room & message data — room names, membership, and the messages you send. We also store timestamps for delivery and unread counts.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, referring URLs, and basic event logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Cookies — session cookies to keep you signed in, and (on public pages) analytics/ads cookies if you consent or your region allows.
• Support data — messages you send to us for help or feedback.

We do not store your plain-text password. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
